Indian Tamarind Extract Concentrate

Tamarind Concentrate paste is extracted from natural Tamarind pulp (Tamarindus indicaby vacuum extraction and is a pure food product with no additives. 

1-kg of concentrate is considered to be the equivalent of 4-kgs Fresh Tamarind.

Upon Opening: We recommend that contents may well benefit from a good stir to equalize the viscosity. 

Shelf life: Up to 3 years from date of manufacture if stored in correct conditions. 

Uses: Generally used to replace any souring agent such as tomatoes, vinegar, lemon etc. Extensively used as an ingredient in the preparation of both ketchup and sauces, as a preservative in the meat and fish industries and as a base in the preparation of soft drinks.  

We recommend that once opened that contents are used within 6 months. 

We confirm that this is a natural product, not of animal origin and does not contain meat, fish or dairy products or derivatives thereof. We also confirm that the production plant is not used for any meat, fish or dairy products or derivatives thereof. 

Tamarind Concentrate is produced in its own separate Factory Unit.
